Yea!!!  My back is well and I can get back to work not that I stopped work completely.  But for me the last few days have been a vacation.  We workaholics pay for being workaholics.  I can't help it if I am a revved up painter.  Also, there is always a dirty dish in my future and various other household chores.  And my piano must be played. It isn't a piece of furniture.  Anyway, I will be working on the second stage of Pawleys Island Atmosphere.  I posted the first stage a few days ago and already have close to 900 views of it!  Since it is doing so well I decided to post it here again!  Prints will be available of all stages.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

Wow! I decided to look up the calorie count of a very popular restaurant that specializes in buns.  I don't want to get into any trouble here so I will not give the name.  One of the buns has a calorie count of 1080!  A lot of them are 500 and there is only one item that is 250. 

Clyde said you get 250 calories  when they let you lick the spoon that they use to ice the buns.
