This is getting to be a monotonous note on my blog.  Last time I was so thrilled to be better and back to work and here I am again complaining about my back.  When it feels better this time I am not going to do much of anything for days.  Got to get well. Planning a trip to see family at the end of the month.  This workaholic has got to slow down and smell some roses. 

First I have to find some roses that do not require me to bend down.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

Very discouraged with my piriformis problem.  I have so much to do. Usually I am like a very busy bee but since this muscle keeps acting up  I am like the bee in the cartoon- an over worked bee dragging that honey.

Clyde said I should let the honey ferment and then drink it. 

I'll bet that would take care of the pain in my back!
