Not getting much done today as I have been forcing myself to avoid work so my back can completely heal up. Still, there is always some computer stuff to do. It is the Never Ending Computer Story we have all joined.
Received a scam from a so called Facebook friend who is no longer a facebook friend. The nerve of some people. I gave him the link to the google post that exposed this scam and he said it was not a scam and completely legit.
I did not start typing my fingers off on a computer yesterday. I have been around a computer monitor and all the scams for a long time now.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler
When it comes to back problems I will never learn how to convalesce. When I start to get better which is usually the second day after it goes out I try to do too much and then I am in big trouble.
It is a lot better today which is the fourth day after the injury and I am not going to do much of anything. Clyde has K.P. and all other chores.
Over the years I have heard a lot of different approaches to back pain. One wife of a chiropractor said ice should be used the first day or so and then heat. Others have told me to start with a heating pad. Still others say to alternate between cold and hot.
I have decided on the alternating hot and cold treatment.
I will not try Clyde's suggestion which is, lean back and get the whiskey out.
Since we are both teetotalers, booze is not an option.
Not so far.
