Please click on my latest Youtube! I will have a short one up soon and one that requires a lot of prep.
had a great time at the movies watching Angry Birds! Clyde didn't like
the preview he saw so he was pleasantly surprised. It was hilarious!
Good to tear myself away from the computer once in a while.

am having more trouble with my old car that may or may not be a
problem. I keep hearing a strange noise that sounds like some sort of
plank that is trying to fall out of the bottom. It mostly happens when I
back the car in or out of our driveway.
have started driving Clyde to our park walks to see if he can figure out
what it is. Of course, there is no sound when he is in the car.
He said maybe his big butt is applying so much weight to the car that the sound is being squished.
am still fighting the Image Thieves and moths but I am excited about my
next Youtube which I think will be a great one! I have written a
terrific script and will use a lot of my artwork in this one. It will
take a while before it will be ready to upload but I am working on it. I
may put up a short one soon but I think I want to concentrate on this

don't have a funny from Clyde today. I asked him yesterday if he had
any quips but he said he was so busy with his heavy duty poetry and
naturalist activities right now that it has taken the funny right out of
I know that won't last!
Here is the
link to this great cartoon that certainly is an appropriate one for
Clyde! The cartoon is in the public domain. I don't rip people off and I
wish they would stop ripping me off.
have two enemies right now - Image Thieves and Moths. Spending a lot
of time fighting both of them. I have been cleaning out our shelves due
to an infestation of moths. Also finding more internet thieves that
insist on stealing my work for print sales and free downloads.
I hate the war I am fighting with both enemies but the Image Thieves certainly take first place.

next presidential election has me scared. I have never seen such a
strange race and I do worry about the future of this country. I am not
going to give out any names but I think Clyde is right. He says one of
the presidential hopefuls has enough hot air to send us right off the
I'm not real sure which edge he is referring to but I certainly agree with the hot air.
am very pleased to sell another print of one of my most popular
paintings, Wildflower Current to a great New York patron! The original
is still available and I hope to find a good home for it.
to The Image Thieves. I am still finding infringers and no end in
sight. The ones that lawyers can't do anything about really make me
angry. Again, please do not get prints of my work on any other site
than Zazzle and Fine Art America.

am always amazed at how glib Clyde is. The other day a follower said
he was a card. When I mentioned that to him, he said he thought he was
several cards short of a full deck and has been that way since the
am spending more and more of my time fighting the image thieves. I
don't even have to do a reverse image search on Google. I just put my
name in Google and find sites that have stolen my work for sale as
prints or free downloads. Argh!
I have two cases pending right now. I hope my lawyers can get the compensation that I deserve.
only sell prints on Fine Art America and Zazzle. If you see my work
for sale on another site, please, please, do not buy them there. I will
not be compensated and it hurts my sales!
honestly live to paint, but I am not a Sunday painter. I am a trained
artist with a Master of Fine Art in Painting and Printmaking. You can
read my profile for a partial list of my awards and accomplishments. It
is my job and it is an arduous one that takes up most of my time.
I don't work for free.

am excited about all the ideas for paintings I got at the shore and
hope to begin one today. Of course, I still want to work on skylines,
expressive portraits of famous people, and a new family portrait. Where
is that Time Fairy? Maybe she can add more hours to the day and clean
up my studio with a wave of her wand! Now that would be great!

is not on Facebook and he does not have a website but if you put his
name in Google you will see page after page of listings regarding his
publications and naturalist activities. He doesn't want to be on social
websites or start his own but he may have to soon.
He thinks that one day Facebook and Google will merge and it will be called Google Face. I doubt that.
a computer Monday! One thing after the next. My copy paste would only
copy paste part of the text and then I had an awful time getting my
keyboard going with new batteries. As usual, it was a stupid think I
didn't know. Clyde usually replaces batteries. Anyway, I got to finish
Green Meadow Mist so why am I complaining?
Pawleys Island Sunrise in the Sand Original 40" x 30" Oil Pastel Painting $2430
sure but I may have mentioned that my mother always said to drive
defensively. I think that was good advice but these days Clyde and I
think the saying should be Drive to stay Alive!
recent trip to the shore was so congested with traffic I was quite
worried we would be in some sort of accident. Who was the fool that
raised the speed limit to 70? If you think people should drive 70mph
then the speed limit should be 50mph.
I know I saw some driving at 90mph, zipping back and forth in the lanes.
know I have mentioned this before but I really think I would like the
bumper sticker that says, "I slow down for tail gators". I would swear I
had one car about an inch away from mine on the interstate.
are having a great time at the beach! Clyde rented a wonderful house
that even has a high porch where The Bird Man can have a great time.
Of course, there is an inside door at the top of a long stair case to
the porch. Yesterday, right before we went to dinner I told Clyde I
locked the door in case someone pole vaulted up to the porch and then
entered the house and stole our bathing suits.
I have mentioned before, I love word play. When you marry a writer the
words bounce all over the place like ping pong balls.
other night I heard Clyde let out a groan and I thought he said old. I
always like to tease him when he says that. I tell him he is just a
baby. Actually the word he said was "oh" so he corrected my tease. He
said at his age they were synonyms.
Anyway, here is a great pun that cracked me up on Facebook. Clyde liked it, too.
I have a phobia of German sausage. I fear the wurst! Love it!
