Well, I am back to choking on pastel dust as I try to finish a family portrait.  Question to self.  Why do I do this again?  Oh yes, because I love it.  Like my Mom always said, one person's heaven is another person's hell.  My artwork is my heaven but sometimes it seems like the other place.  I had better get back to work.  I don't like to be away from brushes for too long.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

Will wonders never cease.  A while back our can opener opened its last can and I have not replaced it yet because I am not sure if I want another one like it.  It pressures the top off so there are no jagged edges which is great, but not if it isn't going to last long.  Well, today I decided to try it one more time and it worked just fine.

I called Clyde and told him about the can opener miracle.  Actually, I said it must have been on vacation.  He said he hoped it sent a post card.  Ha ha.  Anyway, here is a cute appliance joke.

Facebook is like the refrigerator.  You know there is nothing new but you keep checking it anyway. True!
