• I am still choking on pastel dust but not as much as I was.  My methods always change and now I am using a gentler approach to the medium which does not create as much dust.  My oil painting technique has changed a number of times and I was especially happy when I was content with thin layers.  It was so much less expensive than what it is now.  I am not happy now unless I use my own type of impasto technique with brushes. 

• Oh well.  I am not only inspired to make artwork but I am also inspired to actively sell it.  Can't paint without expensive supplies.  Sometimes I have a really hard time letting one go but then I remember I can't take it with me and am glad I found a good home for it. Such is the life of a crazy artist!

I keep trying to keep a humorous section on this blog.  It isn't easy.  I now have great respect for comedy writers.  Still, I love to laugh and want this section to be something to laugh about or at least smile at.  Last night I asked Clyde if he had a funny for my blog and he said no.
