Another day shot out of a cannon! I wanted to publish this morning. This certainly is quite a bit past morning. I was aiming for 9:30 a.m., not pm. Oh well. I got a lot done and met with a great patron that has several commissions for me so I shouldn't complain. He showed me pictures on his phone of the Kendall Kessler gallery in his home. That is always great to see! He will be adding more when I get the paintings done for him.
Anyway, I will get back to my Wintergreen painting soon, I hope. I am really inspired by this one overlook there that is so beautiful. Actually, a pair of old sneakers can inspire me. As I told students, and meant it, it isn't necessarily what you paint, it is how you paint it.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler
Clyde and I are both amazed at the number of people that are allergic to peanuts these days. I didn't know anyone with that allergy when I was a kid and now they are every where. We have a mother and three girls at church that are all very allergic to peanuts so we are all careful about what we bring to church for reception food.
I make brownies that I know are safe and buy organic snacks that do not have peanuts on the label but there are so many labels that say the product may be made with nuts. Well, that is weird. Don't they know?
Some of the parishoners say they are making sure they won't be in a law suit if a worker is eating peanuts and handles their product.
Clyde says they are probably so worried that soon we will see this label. MADE ON THE SAME PLANET THAT HAS PEANUTS! BEWARE!
That ought to keep them out of court! LOL!
