In
Virginia texting while driving is against the law. The fines go up to
$250. I asked Clyde how can an officer know if someone is texting while
driving?
His answer was if the officer sees a car wrapped
around a tree with someone hanging out the window holding a cell phone -
still texting- that would do it.
Smart Alec. I guess everyone should have blue tooth and talk to their car while driving and leave the phone alone.
