Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

I am still working on buying food that won't harm us.  We spend a lot of money on organic products and I make my own bread with a bread machine.  Still, I have read that to avoid GMOS I need to also get organic sugar.  Clyde is going to see if he can get it in bulk since the packets at the grocery store are so expensive.

 

I hope there is no funny business going on with these products.  They say they are certified but I wouldn't put it past people to lie about that.  How would I know?

Any way, I mentioned to Clyde that it would be nice if we could grow our own food without pesticides.  We don't even grow a few things due to the huge population of ground hogs in our neighborhood. 

 

If we started a garden a ground hog would chase us into our house squawking and thumbing its nose at us.
