I am looking forward to painting today! I prepared the hardboard yesterday and now I can get started on another wildflower painting. I love to work with zillions of colors and nuances of colors and wildflower paintings are great for that. Constant change of color and texture as I load up the board. Today will just be the first layer and a lot of composition decisions and then things will really get going in a few days. Love oil paint!

Low on humor right now. Clyde is not asphyxiating me lately. I do hope that I either die with a paint brush in my hand or a laugh. I did see something about calendars that I thought was funny. Of course, you have to like puns or you will groan big time. Clyde thought it was good.
