I have been doing my Happy Dance today!  I played for Thursday night's service, Friday night's service and today's service but I don't play next Sunday!  Great to have a break!  As I have said before, I love to play the piano but I don't like to perform. 

Stage fright is awful.  I thought I was done with the stage when I retired from teaching but somehow I got back on.  Oh well.  I hardly shook at all today so I am getting better at it and I get great compliments from the parishioners!

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

Clyde is still working diligently to improve his knee with exercises and leg lifts.  He also gets a shot every so often right into the knee which is very expensive. I asked him if it hurts. 

He said the small ones that are administered more often than the big one don't hurt but the doctor said Insurance will not cover those.  It will cover the one with a big needle.  So, in order to keep the Insurance Company happy Clyde has to be harpooned every six months. 

Yuck.
