We are having a very soggy Fourth here in Southwest Virginia so we won't be going to the activities in Bisset Park this morning.  Usually this is a hot, sunny day but not this year.  Oh well, hopefully the fireworks will still go off this evening.

In our conversations the upcoming presidential election seems to take prominence these days.  There are so many interesting things to say about both candidates.

I mentioned to Clyde that I was amazed at all the support the two candidates are getting.  His reply was people always believe there is a nut in shining armour.
