Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

As I have mentioned before, Clyde has a lot of dietary restrictions.  There is a long list of things he can't eat and when he began his Fructose malabsorption diet he lost 30 pounds.  He hasn't gained it back but he has found so many substitutions with plenty of calories that he has gained some of it back.

He is being more careful now and paying more attention to calories - something I have done since High School.  It does work! 

Anyway, here is a cartoon in the public domain that I thought was perfect for The Bird Man!
