So hot!  I don't want to put on the air conditioner yet since it is cloudy outside but if the temperature in here gets to the cooking my goose level, I will.  I have pretty much finished my cover illustration for Fiddling at Midnight's Farm House and now I need to touch up parts of it and get to work on the other individual poem ones.  Got to start reading the manuscript.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

We will be visiting my Mom and other members of my family soon so I decided to bake a loaf of zucchini bread using my Mom's great recipe.  She doesn't like cake that much but she does like fancy breads and her recipe is quite complicated.

When I got to the part about separating two eggs I groaned.  I have always found separating eggs to be difficult.  It is so easy to break the yoke right into the white.

I yelled at Clyde and asked him if he could separate eggs.  He said sure!  He would take two out of the carton and put one in the living room and one in the garage.  We don't have a garage.  Okay, car port.
