I was so pleased the Aquatic Center was open today!  I had to use the competition pool which is always colder than the leisure pool.  Oh well, once you get in and manage not to scream it isn't so bad.  I like to swim once a week but can't always get to a pool.  The chlorine is a problem this time of year but I slather lotion on and hope for the best!  Yoga and Line Dance tomorrow!   Got to keep moving!
