Blue Ridge Parkway Artist

I am pleased with my first painting in my new series, Skyline Beauty.  I have painted many Blue Ridge Mountain Skylines and will continue to paint them but this series gives me a chance to do some creative things with buildings.  

I have always been fascinated by architecture.  It is the slowest artform to change so it is a great visual experience that connects us with our past while we enjoy it every day.

Life with The Bird and Word Man - Clyde Kessler

The Word Man is real busy being the Bird Man right now so I haven't gotten any quips from him lately but we both enjoyed a solution for dieting on Facebook.

The picture is of a plate of food with a fork and knife next to it.  The fork and knife are both made with branches with thorns on them.

Yep!  That would do it!
