am so pleased to sell another original painting of beautiful Pawleys
Island to a great Texas patron! I am also pleased that I managed to
crate and ship two paintings today. The patron that bought Waterway
near Pawleys Island wanted it by Thursday so I was determined to get it
out today so he wouldn't have to pay a huge shipping fee.
The
great Richmond patron that bought Richmond on the James will have his
painting tomorrow afternoon! UPS works wonders when you are shipping in
the same state you live in!

So
much to do all the time that my proof reading is done too quickly.
When I looked over yesterday's post I saw that I misspelled know. I
wrote no. I couldn't believe it. I make a few spelling and grammar
mistakes here and there but that one really shook me up.
Oh
well, I type fast and maybe my brain doesn't always keep up. That is a
nice excuse. LOL! There is a lot of information about the benefits of
Line Dancing on our mental health so I will just keep on dancing!

Yesterday
Clyde and I took our first walk of the season in beautiful Wildwood
Park! There is quite drop down from the path and he always walks next
to it. I always worry about things like that because I am scare of
heights. When I was a kid I spent a lot of time climbing trees and one
time I had a very hard time getting down from one. I have been nervous
about heights ever since.
Clyde
was so close to the edge that I told him to be careful. He said not to
worry. If he fell they could name the rock he hit after him. Droll.
Very droll.

Beautiful
day! I have so much inside work to do but I hope to get out and walk
later at Bisset Park. It is great to live on the New River which is
actually one of the world's oldest rivers. I love to look at the rapids
and gorgeous scenery and it is a five minute drive from my house!

We
like to eat out. I hate to cook and love to get out of the kitchen. I
have heard some interesting things from servers in my lifetime but the
one I heard last Saturday is something I would expect to only hear in a
comedy. Clyde and I were both surprised and amused.
Clyde
has a lot of stomach problems so he always asks about ingredients.
When he asked about the Mexican rice the server said he didn't like it.
He didn't think it was very good.
Can you believe it? That is one for the books. I wonder how long that server will have his job.
