I actually painted and cleaned up part of the studio today!  A miracle in my own home!  Now, if I can just get all my computer stuff done, supper, dishes and so on I will stop calling this day a horrible Monday. 

I like to work but sometimes it is just ridiculous!  I hope I can get out for a walk before I get covered up again by the To Do List.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

I can't believe what I said to Clyde Saturday night.  I guess I was having quite a senior moment.  We always travel to Ferrum on Easter to visit Clyde's family and have a great time!  Usually I cook supper when we get home but I thought it would be nice to just eat out.  I spend way too much time in front of the sink.

I asked Clyde if McDonalds would be open on Easter.  He looked at me with a shocked expression and said he didn't think McDonalds was going to run off with the Easter Bunny.

I don't know why I asked.  There are still some Holidays that everyone gets to take a break from working.  Easter certainly isn't one of them.  I just Googled McDonalds breaks and SOME of them are closed for Christmas.  I guess it is hard for workers to get a break these days.
