I am again saddened by another mass shooting. This is crazy and I am so sorry for the loss of innocent lives. I don't know what the answer is but I am bothered that the thought of being killed by an imbalanced person where ever I go is always in my mind.
This did not happen when I was young. No one thought someone would just start shooting people at a place of business, school, or anywhere else. I wish there was a way to stop this madness. In the great movie, The Dresser, in one scene the main character played by the late Albert Finney gave theater tickets to a man that had just lost his home. He told him he hoped they would bring him some comfort. I hope that my paintings that are always meant to be uplifting bring some comfort to people.
On a happier note, I finished Standing Shadows and it is now on my website. The original is available as are wall art prints and prints on just about anything.
