I have the second stage of Standing Shadows completed and am pleased with the intense mood of this work.  The girl looks as if she is holding herself for security but she is about to walk off the podium into the shadows.  Pleased with the strong emotive effect that is accentuated by vibrant color contrast.  I think this one will be the last one for a while.

There will be one more layer but it may not look that different.  I achieved what I wanted to achieve with these new nudes and now I want to move on to something else. 

Time for a break!  Going to the lake before it rains.  The warm weather ends so quickly that I am determined to get to the lake as much as possible.
