Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

I have been talking a lot about Yoga to Clyde.  It has helped me a lot and he thinks he will probably start taking lessons to see if it could help his hip injury.

I have only been taking lessons for a year but I realize more and more that I have been doing some Yoga for a long time.  Ever since my Mom made us kids clean the bathrooms I have been doing Downward Facing Grunge.  I didn't scrub floors until after I was married and that is when I started Table Top Scrape.  That one is also good for the bathroom.  I sort of do Legs up the wall when I can't reach something under the bed with my hands, but it is Legs Straight in Front.

Love Yoga!  The Yoga we do in class and Household Yoga!  Got to keep moving and stretching!
