I have high hopes for my latest floral.  It is a cultivated flower garden and I am pleased with the spacing and the value pattern.  Now to get to the hard part.  The expression that I can't explain is always the most important part of the painting for me.  It will be an intricate system of warm and cool colors but it is difficult to get the intricacy that I want and still have a strong surface quality.

Yeah, I bet anyone reading this knows exactly what I am talking about.  I hardly know myself what I am talking about.  Oh well, time to get to the journey. I can't paint tomorrow due to schedule problems and that is always a problem for me. 

I was listening to Dr. Fauci regarding safe practices during this epidemic and learned something I didn't know.  A person' blood type plays a minimal role in regards to the infection.  Type A people are slightly more susceptible to Covid-19 but he said there was very  little difference between blood types regarding this virus.  Good to know since I have A negative.

Clyde's bird research is mostly limited to out door excursions in our back yard or out door excursions on our front porch.  Staying put due to the pandemic.  I like to tease him about his travels when he heads out to one of his posts.
