Well, I knew I would not get through with my latest painting without some art or arm wrestling but it wasn't a hair pulling time, just a few set backs and I am looking forward to tomorrow rather than wishing I just played the piano and never picked up a brush.  I love to paint but it can be difficult at times.  My husband gave me a great compliment on the progress so far and that helped a lot. 

Anyway, I am still so worried over this virus and hope and pray I don't get it from someone at the grocery store that refuses to wear a mask and doesn't know they are carrying it.  I am practically pole vaulting away from people.  I am amazed at  how some people think it is over when many states are reporting a great increase in cases.

I usually stay out of politics because it has been my experience that people do not want to calmly debate issues. They insist they are right and people they talk to should just agree with them.  Well, I am going to make an exception and  comment on the current administration.  Our president should not be having mass rallies during a pandemic.  He can have virtual ones.  I think he should take this pandemic more seriously and listen to medical experts regarding the duration of this catastrophe. 

There. I said it and I am entitled to my opinion.  No one has to agree with me and I will not get into an argument over this.  Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. 

As you can see I am getting into fall scenes right now.  My current painting is a fall painting of The Peaks of Otter lodge.
