Argh, argh and argh again!  I am so tired of being run over by technology.  Now my phone is acting up and it is a new one.  I always get help from my husband when I have to contact the provider for help.  If I don't I may start heaving things around the room in total exasperation. 

What really aggravates me is we spend fifty minutes trying to get help and have to just say bye on the chat.  It always goes this way.  I explain the problem and am given a solution which does not the apply to the problem. Then the agent goes through a bunch of other solutions that don't work and then just repeats the first solution. 

That is when I want to start chucking things.  Oh well, I figured a way around the problem and will just go with it.  I don't want another fifty minute useless chat.  We could call but then we can't understand the representative because of the thick accent.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

I may have to appear in court for the first time and I have been thinking of all the things that people can't say on the stand. Hey, I have seen lots and of lots of Judge Judy! 

One word keeps coming to mind that we have all heard.  Hearsay.  I think of all the things I could say which would be labeled hearsay. 

Then I thought of some other things I shouldn't say and decided I had come up with a new legal word!  I had to tell Clyde.  He hadn't heard it before. 

There is Hearsay and then there is Stupidsay.  I better avoid both of them if at all possible!
