Google and I are becoming close companions as I work on my independent website which I think I have published. I hit the publish button and I now have an address but, as usual, I am very confused with the site directions. I keep going back to Google and ask questions on how to work the site. The help buttons on sites tend to confuse me and chats drive me crazy. I have spent hours on those getting more and more confused. I have 82 paintings on it right now but they are not in collections which is something I should have done when I started.
I am going to take some time to set up the collections and then add more work. I am one prolific artist so there is a lot to add. I will add the Fine Art widget when I figure out how to do that. Now people will be able to go to the print collection on Fine Art America but my independent site will have all of my available originals so people won't have to wade through over 900 selections to find the paintings that are for sale.
Now that my back is completely well I am going to work on the large painting of the marsh side of Pawleys Island that I started three weeks ago. The first stage that I uploaded for print sales has already gotten 1800 hits.It is the cover image for the Youtube at the top. It is not going to be easy. I don't know about other painters, but I have to be in practice with the medium just like I have to be in practice to play the piano well. I would start a little one but I think I will just risk having to scrape expensive paint off this new large painting if it messes up.
Art is so much more complicated then I think most people realize it is.

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler
I think I have mentioned before that we have problems with barking dogs in our neighborhood that seem to really get into it when we are trying to sleep. One neighbor manages to get dogs that bark slowly over and over again. Bark, rest, bark, rest, bark, rest,etc...
We have decided that it is practicing for a band it is going to form. The name should be Ruff Ruff and the Monotonous.
Dogs are great in many ways but I would love to have a dog free night. I don't sleep well as it is and I hate being awakened by a dog over and over again.
A lot of people these days like to look at everything as good. I hear people say the phrase, It's all Good, all the time. I don't think they would say that if they slept by our window on a cool summer night.
Time to get some more tea so I can wake up.
If you like my work but don't have any more room on your walls be sure to check out my paintings on just about anything but the kitchen sink on
