Wow! Clyde is hobbling around after knee surgery and I am gaining appreciation for Home Health Care workers.  He is great about taking care of himself but there are so many things he can't do right now so he has to call on the reserves  which is, of course, me.

I am having such a hard time getting everything done but that's life.  I am still so happy that he will be well in a few days and not on disability.  The doctor repaired the tear and said his knee looks great!  He doesn't have to use a walker.  Yes!!!!!

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

Clyde is a great patient but things are not too funny right now.  Every once in a while he turns his leg wrong and has quite a bit of pain.  He is not taking the pain medication, just a very strong form of aleve.  He doesn't want to deal with the side effects of the strong stuff.

Anyway, I did see another cute funny about nurses.  You don't mess with a nurse.  They are paid to stick needles in people.  Love it!
