Still reading great poetry and coming up with illustrations for
Fiddler at Midnight's Farm House. Clyde's poetry is great and I would
say that even if I weren't his wife. I have always admired writers and
wanted to marry one. I never went looking for one. Strange how things
work out. He asked me out. I didn't go after him. I got what I wished
for!

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler
Well,
this is something new. When we were away and staying in a very nice
hotel, I noticed something strange on the last day when we were packing
up.
I like to bring snacks on trips and I
brought some bags of candy and separate pieces of Russel Stover's candy
in foil. I know I brought a lot of those and I had only eaten one of
them. Clyde said he had also just had one.
There
were only two on the last day. I think the cleaning crew may have
helped themselves. I was surprised that this hotel did not have a safe
in the room so I took my small box of jewelry with me every day. I
didn't think I needed to take my chocolates with me.
Since
I wasn't positive about the chocolate I left a tip anyway. I'll bet
that crew would love to see us again. A tip and chocolate! They got
something out of that visit, too!

Life with The Bird and Word Man - Clyde Kessler
No
funnies from The Word Man lately since he is still ill with a cold that
would take down Godzilla. Clyde doesn't get colds. He gets The
Plague. At night he practically breaks the sound barrier trying to
breathe. He is doing better and said last night was the best night he
has had in a long time. 7-10 days my foot. Colds may last 7-10 days
for most people, but not Clyde.
Anyway,
there was a great aging funny on Facebook. A man in The Forgetful
Support Groups says he is Fred and he is forgetful. Everyone in the
room says, "Hi Carl".
