Whatever happened to paper forms? Today I spent an hour and fifteen minutes trying to straighten out an online service.  The representative was very helpful and she said all the problems I was having with the form was because it is made tricky in an effort to outsmart scammers and imposters.  Yikes!  She helped me fill out the form over and over again as it was refused for one reason or another. 

After an hour I told her I was about ready to open a vein.  She laughed and then apologized for laughing.  I wasn't offended.  It was just a joke but I was trying to indicate how frustrated I was.  I claimed victory and retreated.  Will try again another day.  ARGHHHH! 

Be sure to check out this week's video!  I was in the mood for a Whimsy painting this time and used a fun toy elephant bank my mother-in-law gave us.  She is giving her kids some mementos from their childhood. I think I turned it into an expressive visual experience!
