Glad to be back home after a grueling trip to Wintergreen resort near Charlottesville, Va. We had a great time but the trip there was an awful experience in horrible fog and the trip back was behind about 500 bicyclists on some sort of race. Clyde had to crawl and get around a few at a time for what seemed like forever! When we finally got to the Blue Ridge Parkway so we wouldn't have to travel on I-81, it was closed. We had to go through Roanoke and get on an extremely congested I-81.
Like I said. Glad to be home.

Wow! We just got back from a Naturalist Symposium that Clyde was a part of. It rained and rained and rained. The wifi was so miserable that my i-pad came very close to being a frisbee. There was so much water I'll bet I could have skimmed it like a rock over the sidewalks. I don't know why I think I can get any internet stuff done at resorts. I finally gave up and declared myself off the grid and had a great time at several lectures and the pool! Great hot tubs! Clyde did a terrific job as always! If you ever want to see all the naturalist stuff he does just put his name in Google!
